Unlike our tapered SED Poles, Machine Rounds have been machined to a uniform diameter over the full length of the pole. Because each pole is machined identically, Machine Rounds are ideal for use in rural fencing, bollards and post applications. They are also useful as structural components in projects if there is low tolerance for pole diameter variability and/or an element of pre-fabrication.
NZPOLE Machine Rounds (also know as UNILOGS) are fantastic for use in construction where each pole is required to be identical, and allow the use of “one size fits all” pole fastenings that could not be used with regular SED poles. Machine rounds wooden poles provide an aesthetically pleasing alternative to regular poles, are extremely useful in construction, and ultimately allow us to create innovative products that would be impossible with regular SED Timber poles.
Machine round poles have a uniform diameter which makes them very useful for exposed visual applications, or where the poles need to fit accurately in bracketry.
